Mecapinta has joined Satu Ekdahl’s Olympic campaign for the Paris Olympics 2024.
Satu Ekdahl is a former student from Nivala and Nivala’s Athletes, who is now training for a new kiteboard class, called Formula Kite. The maximum speeds of the sport can reach up to 70 kilometers per hour.
Satu has accumulated national and international sporting success in athletics and competitive sailing.
Satu lives in a van in southern Europe and is focused on training only in the best conditions. She has just found a permanent coach and is currently training in Tarifa, Spain.
This season’s main competition is the European Championships in England in September.
