Anodizing natural

Products are treated in an electrolytic process. Anodization can be applied on alloy, clean or pressure cast aluminium using suspension method. Anodizing gives aluminum a good corrosion protection and nice decorative surface. In natural colored anodizing the oxide layer won’t be colored. The color of the anodizing piece will be same as the natural aluminum. After anodizing piece can be marked by laser.
The oxide layer is also very hard and provides a good wear resistant on the surface while retaining the pleasant, natural appearance of the metal. The anodized layer is a good electrical insulator as well.
    
Coating thickness can be measured by an eddy current instrument. Anodization of small components is one of our strengths.

The maximum component dimensions are length 3,100 mm, width 450 mm, height 1,400 mm and weight 100 kg.

Hard Anodizing natural

Hard anodizing forms thicker surface than the normal anodizing. Anodizing thickness increases wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Hard anodizing is done by the standards SFS EN ISO 7599:2010 and MIL-A-8625F.

The maximum component dimensions are length 2,600 mm, width 350 mm, height 900 mm and weight 100 kg.

Anodizing black
