Chromit al tcp (surtec) and Iridite NCP

Products are treated in a chemical process. ChromitAL TCP can be applied on alloy, clean or pressure cast aluminium using suspension method on automatic lines.

Iridite NCP is a chrome free surface treatment.

The maximum component dimensions are length 2,600 mm, width 350 mm, height 900 mm and length 100 kg.

Rst:n mattapeittaus

Products are treated in an electrolytic process. The coating is applied on stainless steel using suspension method on automatic lines.
    
The maximum component dimensions are length 1200 mm, width 200 mm, height 900 mm and length 100 kg.

Manganese Phosphating

Products are treated in a chemical process. The manganese Phosphating process creates a layer about a micrometer thick. After the process items are treated by oil.

The maximum component dimensions are length 800 mm, width 250 mm, height 500 mm and length 25 kg.

Blackening

Products are treated in a chemical process. The blacking process creates a layer about a micrometer thick. After the process items are treated by oil.
